This product is a pale yellow liquid used for rust prevention on cast iron and galvanized components. After treatment, surfaces are free of impurities, scratches, and oil residues; it offers high efficiency, rapid action, low dosage requirements, and ease of use.

Usage Instructions:

Mix the product with water at a ratio of 1–10% in a container and stir for a few minutes until fully dissolved. Pour the mixture into the anti-rust treatment tank and stir well. Immerse the components for 1–5 minutes, then dry and package them.

Daily Maintenance:

1. Maintain the concentration at 1–10%, adjusting based on observed anti-rust performance.
2. Extend the treatment time when the temperature drops below 20°C.
3. If anti-rust performance declines, promptly add more product and remove any sludge or sediment accumulated at the bottom of the tank.
4. Replace the solution entirely if anti-rust performance is poor, oil/impurity levels are excessive, or the solution has degraded.
