Working Principle

The abrasive enters the shot blasting wheel through the feed tube and is distributed by the shot divider. It is then directed onto the blades through the directional sleeve.

Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the abrasive forms a fan-shaped blasting stream and is projected onto the workpiece. The abrasive removes oxidation scale, rust, and other contaminants from the surface of the workpiece, thereby achieving the desired cleaning effect.
