1. These pins are specifically used for magnetic polishing machines to grind and polish surfaces and remove burrs from metal workpieces, including corners, holes, and hard-to-reach areas.
2. Available sizes (diameter × length): 0.2–12 mm, with common lengths of 5 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm.
3. Made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with uniform dimensions and high polishing efficiency.

Choose a finer pin size for higher polishing strength. The natural gaps between the pins help maintain stable pressure and improve polishing efficiency.

When selecting for the first time, consider the workpiece material and processing requirements. For stainless steel or harder metals, pins with a diameter of 0.5 mm or larger are generally suitable. For copper, aluminum, or softer materials, pins with a diameter of 0.5 mm or smaller are recommended.

For holes or narrow grooves, it is generally recommended to choose pins with a diameter approximately 5 mm smaller than the hole diameter for better polishing results.
